FlexArray is a tool for statistical analysis and visualization of microarray expression data. Currently, it supports the analysis of Affymetrix GeneChip, Illumina BeadChip, and several types of one-color and two-color expression arrays.
FlexArray was created by a team under the supervision of Professor Robert Nadon of McGill University, and is currently supervised by Guillaume Bourque, Director of Bioinformatics, McGill University & Génome Québec Innovation Centre. Its development has been made possible thanks to funding from Génome Québec and McGill University.
It is very fast and accurate.
